Mona Lisa Ali is a dual-enrolled student at PSU and PCC Sylvania, who plans to transfer to PNCA (Pacific Northwest College of Arts) this coming fall. Her interests lie in web design, illustration, sculpture, painting and she plans on exploring Art Therapy. In her spare time, Mona likes to try new food carts, drink tea, discover new music and create digital art. She also likes to go to galleries and check out what other local artists are making. In the future, Mona would like to do plenty of traveling, and eventually become a freelance artist and work from home.

Nine Dejanvier's early life passion for drawing and painting revived within the last few years. She is currently studying at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Nine also holds a BA in moving image and performance art from the Evergreen State College. A Northwest native, Nine loves spending time in nature, eclectic learning, and her boyfriend’s cooking. Her future plans include teaching art and pursuing a Master’s degree in Art Therapy.

Born and raised in Germany, Jennifer Erickson moved to the United States as a teenager. Being brought up in an artistic family has always had her involved in dance, art and other activities based in creative expression. She spent 5 years in Missoula, Montana and earned her BA in Photojournalism, German and minored in Geography. Over the last ten years Jennifer has traveled and done research in many different countries, each experience pulling her further into the wold of conflict resolution and the idea of global peace. She is undertaking a Masters in Conflict Resolution at PSU here in Portland with an emphasis on conflict resolution through creative/expressive therapies for those (particularly children) who have experienced trauma. Last year she gave birth to a beautiful son named Nils who has enriched her life in ways she never imagined. Jennifer enjoys Liverwurst, Badminton and Bhangra music.

Elizabeth Robinson has been an active artist all her life. She began delving into drawing and painting while attending an arts focused high school, which followed by an interest in fiber arts and textiles. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design at the Art Institute of Portland, where she focused on costume design, couture sewing and illustration. She has also spent time exploring book making, doll and puppet making, printmaking, and photography. She currently owns her own business making leather jewelry. When she is not making art, she enjoys cooking and hiking with her family, reading, eating chocolate and daydreaming about traveling around the world.

Josie Strange is native to the north west and has a very strong passion for art in many different forms. Has a great interest in asian art, which developed from grandmother's influence and time spent in South Asia. She also has a strong desire for helping others and plans to collectively use these two interests together.Loves working with children of all ages and coaching sports. Currently attending Corban College while studying Psychology and Communications. When not in school, enjoys working at an Italian bakery and painting with friends or riding her bike weather permitting. Plans to pursue a MA in Art Therapy.
